First Movement Music Academy has been providing quality private and group music lessons for all ages in Silicon Valley since 2010. Founded by Sue Yang, a musician, educator, and parent with unique and creative program that combines art, sensory play, and eurhythmics to immerse children in music fundamentals. 

Music training not only enhances brain development, language, memory, and sensory processing, but also has lasting positive effects on academic and personal success. It's never too late to start your musical journey, and our musical immersion program reduces stress, anxiety, and boosts immunity. We offer interactive games for all ages and comfortable adult programs to wind down, make friends, and learn music together. Our age-appropriate, creative programs cater to different skill levels, emphasizing the powerful, positive impact of musical practice.
